    I was told that Crypt Parva does not do well in high-light.

    But another thread in AQ, post from PlantBrain shows that Crypt Parva does best with high-light.

    It does well in both lighting.. just that in high lighting, it does not grow as tall because it does not need to. Nutrition wise, that has to fit your lighting.

    in my case

    all of my crypto parva i put in high light area

    and they are doing well

    Hmm... what does "does not do well" mean? Growing poorly? I have seen healthy C. parva in high lighting tanks, so I doubt it is just down to the lights.

    I think parva can tolerate high sunlight as all my other crypts will melt in my evening sun balcony, and only my parva can survice and still growing good.

    Great! Thanks for all the advice! Gives me a stronger desire to get a nice crypt parva lawn

    yeh man....parva takes very very very long to reproduce.
