of course lower, it is 1/20HP where as CL280 1/10 HP. But then again you are using it for 1.5ft, 1/10 maybe overkill.

Anyone uses Hailea Chiller before? Seems like the specs is better than Resun CL-280..Also power seems to be lower. 230V x 0.6A = 138W? This looks great in my opinion.

Well, of course there is the resun CL-200. But from my understanding, the power is 200W. I wonder who is the dealer for Hailea..Maybe I can call and ask
