Yea. Oscar's can be very sulky. But i would watch out. I used to have 3. Then now i have 2. My albino died. I overfed it is what i think. Or some of the food may have had bacteria in it. My water conditions are pretty perfect as I do nitrate and nitrite tests, ph tests, ammonia tests. + i have to Cannister filters running at the same time. So it's pretty damn clean and crystal clear. The thing to watch out is something internal. Once your fish has that then it's a gonner. That's how my albino died :'(. It was the biggest but it died within 3-4 days of when it started acting funny

i think your fish kena shocked.....
i got a oscar about 7"....
when i 1st brought back also sink at bottom...thats about 4".
then close light and add some KTP leave abstract in the water...
next day kena wack by tankmate so i took out the tankmate.
the 3rd day alive and responsive....

i think you need remove the red shark soon cuz when it gets better...it is aggresive.
and add some KTP leave abstract to make it stable.

i think its pretty fruitful learning experience from the previously discuessed segment too...
