Hi Chee Jin,

Both tanks look pretty good. I've some feedback if you don't mind.

Both tanks seem to lack a strong focal point especially for the 1st tank.

For the 1st tank, I believe the the white plastic mesh is an attempt to grow a moss wall to block of the filter. Nice idea. I believe that it is time to spread out the moss a little more evenly so that it can grow better.

For the 2nd tank, what happened to the hair grass? The foreground of the latest layout looks a little spartan.

For the 1st tank, you are right that the white plastic mesh is to grow a moss wall to cover the filter and for food/hideout for future CRS.

For the 2nd tank, the angel fish keep pulling out the hair grass, so I got tired of planting back the hair grass daily, so I decide to remove them. Now hopping for the Nana to grow and cover the entire foreground. I know it will take a long time. Got any better suggestion?

Oh! I didn't know that Angels have an appetite for hairgrass.

Nanas will take a long time and be sure to keep their rhizomes above the substrate. Hmm... what about E Tennullus? Get a large clump to cover the bare areas rather than waiting for them to propagate.

Yes, the 1st tank is a Juwel tank. Why do you ask? I am surprised you can tell it is a Juwel tank just by looking at the picture.

hi bro,why i can tell its a Juwel tank, because most of the Rio series has a internal filter built at the right hand corner...thinking of getting one, saw Juwel tank first time at Sam Yick, fell in love with it...the glass really super clear

totally agree about it being super clear. Juwel tank looks very nice, other tank like cannot compare. When I first started this hobby a year ago, originally wanted to spend not more than $200 for 2ft tank with light and filter. However, when I saw the Record 70 @ K&K Aquarium, I fell in love with it and paid $240 for the tank set.

its worth it...the Juwel tank will be with u for years to come...cause after a hard days work...there is nothing more satisfaction than sitting down staring at a nice n clear glass tank with a glass of beer or coffee in hand
