I am using a DIY co2 system for tank, my glass diffuser tend to have white mold growing on top of it. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening? Or is that the con for using DIY co2?

use a bubble counter to sort of collect the white stuff produced by the yeast . can easily make one with silicon glue and 500ml bottle

yup. the water at the bubble counter will sort of 'collect' the white stuff, so it will not travel to the diffuser and clog it
