Yck, that is quite a bad experience you had there. I've never encountered such service while I was there. Was there no salesperson around attending to you while you were there in the shop?
I am in no way whatsoever associated with that lfs. And not a regular customer too.

I don't know what happened but i was there last friday and they were okay despite me being a bit hard to please. I was enquiring about the FX5 specs and the manager volunteered to go on line to dig info while asking me to browse around. He even opened one box and took the physical measurement for me which was waht i wanted and the FX5 was stack at the top of the display rack.
To me, good service despite me being a stranger there.
