    To dose Excel is to rid any algaes except hairy ones, do i need to estimate trail and error method not killing my inverterbrates? I think am so confused now. Look like i need more shrimps and nirile snails to vacuum all algaes.

    sechem excel as indicated previously due to "mistaken overdose" resulting in algae declination. It seriously works. I tested with keeping lights constant for 12 hrs and tested dosing 1 drop vs 3 drops per week, and i can see the difference already...

    try it out, its good. But care on overdose if you have fauna.
