You need to assess where the leak come from. Use tissue paper to dry it up and trace the leakage. Using sealant or tape is just for temporary solution. I guess there is some loose conection.

Both of them are leaking? Or is it the connection in between? You can get a silicone that is aquarium safe. I prefer that route.
If it is the filter, you can check the connection and the o-ring. Sometimes it is placed a little wrongly.

nowafter some adjustment only the connector at my external co2 is leaking.
I found that to be normalafter a while it will stop. One way that worked for me is using hot water to expand the hose then connect to the reactor once it cool down, it will grip the reactor in/out let tighly and no leak. The other way is using those metal belt which can be buy at hardware shop, just remember not to tight otherwise will break the reactor
