Just bought Seachem Fe. Already dosed weekly amount as directed, tested next day, Fe level is still 0.1 mg/l. Was advised to dose daily until plants are saturated with Fe and when their consumption of Fe lowers, then cut back and maintain the Fe level at around 0.5 mg/l.
I have already added enough K ( 20ppm )to soak up the iron.
Am I doing the right thing or should I just dose it on a weekly basis right fr the start. ?
Would anyone like to share on their Fe dosage regime ? Thanks !

i'm dosing my tank with 0.2-0.3ppm every other day. beware, extra Fe is rumoured to cause BBA.

Wolf, interesting regime... makes sense though. Currently, I follow the Seachem instructions for dosing.
