just a question, cos i saw that some shops don't even bother to put frozen bw into freezer. will there be anything happening to the bw? what i heard is bacteria will build up in the bw. but since the bw is already sterilised and packed, how did the bacteria go in?

If im not wrong, the bacteria comes frm the air !!
