You have only acquired them recently, so they may just be settling into the new environment. Give them some time, they should come around to eating them eventually. Breaking up the wafer into smaller pieces and dropping near to them may help.
In the mean time, you can also provide some flakes and let them sink. Continue to fatten them with live tubifex. This is what aquarists normally do for new aquisitions that are not eating or picky about food.
