can try mini riccia.. i had mine grown in a mesh.. also bubble alot.. but growth rate is almost 4 - 5 times slower then normal riccia.

Now it is day 10 of my tank. Water has been much clearer, new shoots are growing tennulus and moss has been turning green from the slightly brownish stage.

Very nice rocks used and its an ADA tank!!

The green pipes look distracting, a set of glass lily pipes will complete the picture better!

Lily pipes i guess with look better..haha! I am going for my ICT shortly so getting some lilypipes next month or so.

Still waiting for the tennulus to be more compact. Maybe hopefully will turn more reddish

When will your tank arrive?

I am dosing on alternate days: -

1) Brighty K = 1 ml
2) Step 1 = 1 ml
3) Green gain = 2 drops

Going to dose ECA this weekend.

For photo period, I am at 6 hrs currently. Will switch to 7 hrs this weekend followed by 8 hrs 3-4 days later. I will still to an 8 hrs regime and monitor.

My lights are pretty strong but it is a good sign I dont see any green algae after 10 days

thio have not contacted me yet...not even a call to confirm the tank pricing ...pretty bad ...his assistant only told me end of feb and thio will contact me about the finalized pricing when i put deposit..till now there is no sound.

If you are refering to ADA tanks, I am sure it is not Thio's fault. Haha! I know this because i know him through this matter. For some reason or another, it is extremely difficult to get those non-standard ADA tanks (cube garden S, M & L) in Singapore & Malaysia. I guess the 1ft cube and the 2ft tanks are more common.

I did try to order one cube garden S from ADA direct but it drags for very long (10-15 days) without any reply. However, I know it is not Thio who is dragging as I am always constantly keeping in touch with him. It is someone up in the channel which I dont know who..haha!

Well, I guess patience is the thing I learn from Thio & some of the forumers here. If you want good ADA tanks, just sit there, wait patiently & keep your finger crossed. When you see an ADA tank and if you think that it is affordable, just buy it
