    So far i only seen a 18W lights for 1 feet tank. Any bros here came across anything more powerful???

    So far none. I was looking for one as well but the closest I could I find was a 45 cm 24W. Just slightly longer than than 1 feet but works for me.

    well, you can get the ADA solari mini M light fittings, they are around 27W, but cost 495 SGD....

    Is the 18w refering to acardia clip on lights ?

    you can try checking out electrical lighting shops to see whether they offer any. you need not limit yourself to aquarium lights; usually more expensive.

    so far im using the boyu 18watt 35cm long one.. very powerful i must say.. should be enough to make my HC creep..

    I have seen a clip on light sold at Biotope. It comes with a 20W light tube. Those kind of lights with built in starter I guess. You can just change the tube to one with a higher wattage. Well, you can look around. If not, just add 2 sets of 18W lights and you get 36W

    i guess the intensitiy is still 18watt if you get 2x 18watt..
