Changing of tank height

I would like to ask if it is possible to change the tank height for an existing tank. Something like from 2.5ft height to 2ft or less.

Anyone knows where they offer such services ? and roughly how much ?

Info : Existing tank is not in the use yet (no water) but have braces at the sides.

Reason for changing is becos of lighting issue and difficult to reach to the bottom to plant plants (into planted tank).

If changing the tank height is not possible, any suggestions to help solve the abv mentioned 2 issues ?

I do not think there is such a service because it would be very tedious to take apart the tank, cut up the glass and silicon it back together. My suggestion would be just to increase the power of your lighting system.
