The gradual slope looks really good and very ADA. If you are inspired by ADA iwagumi, consider one type of plant instead? That will give you space, consistency and bring out the 'zen' in it.. emptiness.

Further the slopes you drew out are strong visual components and Eleocharis may break the perspective you nicely created.

Alternatively, have glosso right from front to back and scatter eleocharis around the rocks to create a natural look but maintenance may be a pain though as it will creep all over.

And if you are good in HC, get an overall pure HC and rocks tank.

The gradual slope is defined by eleocharis. I planned to use e. vivipara to reach it because it grows taller. I have bad experience with high substrate slope, it always slumped during the time :\

yea I thought about it, have quite good experience with eleocharis and trimming is quite fun in such a small tank.

I'm quite scared about using HC because I have no experience with this plant now anyway it could be a new chance to get know this plant
Is HC more hungry for nutrients than glosso? Because glosso is very hungry as I know.

your plant choices are all low growing and probably the schooling fishes will occupy that space, , but personally i still think its a tad too empty

    whats' your take on this?
I tried position rocks that way and I was not satisfied enough.

As for the empty space, I'm counting with big fish school that will also take part in final look. Perhaps the tank should be smaller in its height. Now it's 30cm high.
