Got the pair of bitaeniata with the additional 'B' word written on the tank. Wonder what it stands for?

Pics of the fishes, still off color.

I was pretty sure they look more reddish at C328.
Will probably have to wait till Sunday to get some new pics.

    Bro Andy..

Ya.. I think that is the pair he is referring to at the betta rack one.. The higher priced Bitaeniata pair.. The male is extremely colourful in my opinion..

not a bad specimen of A. bitaeniata. looks like the quality of farm bred fish is going up, based on C328's recent shipments

Ap. bitaeniatas have always been my favourite apistos. Very nice male and female you have nick. Both look very well fed and females seems ready to spawn. Very good buy at a decent price.

Don't worry about the hole in your pocket. It'll heal in no time for your next purchase.

Didn't many of us caution you guys after reading so much on apistogrammas that these fishes are poisonous? Infectious?

Seems that C328's apisto standards have really gone higher.

aiyah, next time go early a bit lah, now most of the nicer fish all gone.
By all means drop by for a look. But I think wait for next batch, go early
    for better selection.

    Hi..

Nice pair you got there.. Wish I have a female bitaeniata like yours too.. Very intense yellow colour..

I went C328 on Tuesday night.. There was a new pair of Bit "B" at the betta rack.. Very nice finnage as well.. Also there was a leftover Bit "B" female at the back where they usually house leftover Apisto..

Recently there were quite a number of confusions in determining the sex of Bit especially at C328 where the colour is washed up usually under that kind of condition.. I personally bought a pair where I have to sell away the sneaker male cheaply and buy another female for my bit.. Hee.. Maybe it will be safer to get a pair of those Bit "B" rather than the common ones..

    Regards

Here's an update of the pair. Have shifted them to a 1ft tank, all by themselves now.
