Cheap CO2 Top Up Shop

i want to start the ball rolling , most of the LFS i come across is $15 for topping up a 2litre of CO2 tank . anyone know any cheaper place ?

actually $15 is pretty cheap and reasonable, considering how long the CO2 will last till the next top-up.

Most economical way is to buy the common 5L cylinder, and bring to gas company for on the spot 1-1 exchange
