    Hi guys, just bought these CRS couple of weeks ago... Below are the pics, pardon my lousy cam...

    Can help me grade and sex these shrimps of mine?

    Nice 3 white band grade B shrimps.. One is female (left shrimp in second photo), the other looks more like a female yet a hint of male.. The one at the corner far back in first photo is a Grade C for sure and looks like a male..

    Care to share how is the tank being setup and the water parameter?

    Looks like both are female grade B to me.

    Oki, I still thought they were A grade.
    Tank setup:
    2ft tank with ADA substrate.
    2 sponge filters
    Moss, DW and java ferns
    Fan

    Fan!! What is the temperature can it achieve?

    Plus sponge filter as in those sponge/wool filter run by air pump??

    basically S grade shrimps or C grade shrimps eat the same type of food.

    In the market there are 2 more famous brands, Shirakura and Mosura. I have both types of food. However, i will recommend the former, Shirakura.

    Personally, when i feed Mosura food, the shrimps bite abit then walk off already and when the shrimps bite on it the food sort of breaks into several pieces. For Shirakura, they swamp around the food and the food is more solid, will not break off so easily and cloud your water as much compared to Mosura.

    This is based on my personal experience. Yup.
