    Hi everyone,

I just joined, gotten to know of this forum through a friend. Just started having an aquarium but meeting with some problems. haha...

    Maybe somebody can help me....

I have a small bowl shape tank, have 2 bumblebee goby and 2 red colored fishes (dont know the name), and bought another 2 guppies.
The guppies died 2 days later. I did a 50% change of water before putting in the guppies. Then today, 1 of the red colored fishes died alsol.

Really sad to see this, what can be wrong? Got a filter in the tank, and some sea shells. Before putting in the fishes previoulsy, left the original water for 2 days with filter working and some salt (table salt). There are small pebbles also.

What can be wrong? is it change of water? or the tank?

Welcome to AQ, sounds like you do have problems.

How big is your fish bowl? before you introduce new fishes in, do you aclimatizate them with the tank water? do you know the requirements of the fishes you bought?

do post your queries in the respective sub forum, some of them do not frequent the introduction section.

    cheers
    Simon

    Hi bro,
You can click onto Freshwater Fauna under cichlids or characins and you find left side key New thread that click onto it and you can post your problem. Then the expert will guild you. Good luck.

    Welcome to AQ!

I have moved your thread from the Characins section to the Freshwater Fauna section as these fishes are not Characins at all.

I have included some questions, which will help towards understanding how you setup your tank and their considerations.
