So who else is willing to pay the price tag?
    Cheers!

Yes i believe so. An avid collector or someone who knows how to appreciate the beauty to it's pricing.

There are always lower standard type which doesn't have the red cheek at cheaper price.
I'm sure if there is demand there will be supply.

So Thanantosis will you be willing to pay for one if there is one locally?
    Cheers!

no red cheek then 70% of its beauty is gone liao the fins and tail are vibrant and uniquely patterned of course, but the cheeks were the clincher for me. my preference is usually for high dorsals and shaped tail (ie, not round), but for this fella i'm willing to forego my usual criteria

Vincent, i'm currently almost living off the grid so no fish keeping for me. Just asking questions and hoping to get answers. The market of apisto seems to be much better nowadays. Thought we need more people to stir the interest to gain more popularity so that more fishes reaches out shores.

CRS has been in Japan and HK for a decade or more and only recently we're so into it.

Prices and the difficulty of apisto has been a turn off in the local market, rejecting all chances for it to flourish.

I'm hoping when i come back into fish keeping in the future will i be able to buy quality apisto off the shelves locally? or do i still need to out source?

    So Vincent, will you pay?
    Cheers!

lets do a show of hands who is willing to pay for that fish. Maybe we can ask someone to help us bring in if the numbers are right!

    bene,
I cheapo, think it's a bit too expensive for me.
Nice red cheek, but I would have liked better if the pectoral were longer.
