For males one you just cut away that "thing". For females any idea?

I got some that don't look good and I don't want them to reproduce, just cut for one male this morning and still doing very well and eating

But females one I got no idea how to do it.

Some of them obviously have some defects so instead of killing them I still want to keep them but just don't want them to bleed that's all.
