    Just to share on a AC fan clip that I DIY-ed recently using aluminum strip.
    I always prefer to DIY clip as I can use fans of my choice.

    You will need a 2.4mm (thinner easier to bend but more susceptible to breaking) aluminum strip (1m = $2.50) obtainable from those Sungei rd shops,
    some nuts&bots and raw bending power

    Tricky part is to bend the strip so that it can grip on the tank, and yet maintains balance so that the fan does not topple into the tank water.

    Have fun bending.

    The common AC fan that you get from Sim Lim Tower. Depending
    on which holes you attached the cllips onto, the orientation of the AC wire can be left, right, top, bottom
