I went there last week and found they have some pairs of Tanganyika shellies in individual tanks. Very nice fishes and in fact some even bred in the tanks with many bubbly babies swimming! Also saw quite a few Apistos.
they move quite a while ago
So they moved. I thought they close down when I was there last december.

The place quite remote. It is beside Ang Mo Kio Town Council. I guess fishes can be so at ease as to raise their baby show the level of human traffic.
Not forgetting, they are kept in excellent water conditions, fed good food and provided adequate space too.
Biotope is STILL the shop where everything breeds like crazy.
Pay a premium for quality fish we really like is no problem but if we buy the breeding pair do the baby accompany together as a package? Forget to ask during the visit and where the fishes come from? They look somehow different . Must be wild or from exotic breeders places like Germany or Czech?
If I'm not wrong, their last shipment of apistos are wild.
God will make a way, where there seems to be no way
I don't think the pair comes with their offsprings. Some of those you saw are German bred while those from the last shipment are wild.
The babies are the Tanganyikan shellies. Only a pair adult in the tank and lots of the them swim in out of the parental dwelling shell.
Yes Ariel no play play there the uncle really is a serios man.
The fishes there like stay in 5 star hotel and I think some worth the money if really like.
Oh you were talking about the shellies. Sorry I misunderstood, i was talking about the Apistogrammas instead.
they used to be from bukit merah, they move a long time back. just take buses 133/136/262 to get there from ang mo kio, but coming back to MRT, remember to take 262 only.. i ended up in seragoon when i took the opposite loop with 136.
