You need to read up on how to cycle your tank first.
Typical tank cycling takes up to a month.

It depends on how heavily you plant. If you plant heavily like >60% of tank than you could stock moderate amount of fauna immediately. Ensure that you have sufficient lighting to cover all the tank so the plants can start to absorb/consume any waste produced by the fauna. If you wish to be safe, than maybe a week or so of cycling will be fine.
Tanks that do not have any plants will typically rely on the growth of nitrifying bacteria to consume fauna waste so will take up to a month to cycle.

Welome to AQ. As a guide it's a week, but you can put in a few cheap fish to test after a couple of days. Shrimps are more sensitive though.

need to cycle tank first. if you want to use fishless /planted cycle would be best, as fishes used in cycled process usually get permanently damaged organs.
Thanks everyone but got 1 quite stupid question....how do i know if the plant is growing??? By knowing it's getting taller or how to see if the roots had settled into those sand-stone(if i'm correct)???![]()

lol. i don't know how to answer your question :P
It's easy to see how plants are growing. New leaves will have a lighter/fresher colour than old leaves.
For roots, I wouldn't go checking because in my experience roots take a bit of time to attach.
