Does Eheim substrate pro raise pH?

Hi, i just set up my tank more than a week, using back the media filter of the eheim filter which consist 2 tray of substrate pro and 1 tray of bio home and bio home plus. I have add 10 ltre of magic soil with layer of sand. with magic soil, i expect the ph to be lower, but check ph tonight, it is around 7. can it be the reason that the substrate pro make the ph high?

Substrate Pro wouldn’t bother water pH, it’s merely a sintered glass that process in high temperature to make it porous with million of micro pores thus to bear filtration bacterial.
