How to pack for export?

I am not sure if this is the right section to post this question. Mods feel free to move the thread if not appropriate.

I have some friends over in USA who wants me to help me export some CRS on a personal basis as a hobbyist.

He is asking me to send him about 50 pieces of higher grades.

Anyone knows if i need permit to do so? where can I read up more on the permit and stuff?

been googling and cannot find any website that teach me how to pack shrimps of export.

Anyone experienced care to advise me on the above details?

you need a license to import and export fish and pets.
check AVA's website for details.
or, you can find a licensed transhipper to do it for you for a fee.

that's where the experience of the transhipper comes in.
i believe they will take care of the packing but check with them.
also, you may want to check if they have experince shipping CRS as i understand they are sensitive creatures...
