new nano tank layout

Hi All,

As mentioned, I am thinking of setting up a new 25cm low maintenance nano tank for a friend, no fertilisation, no CO2, no fitration, strong light, 30% water change weekly. Attached is a sketch of the layout I have in mind currently, using just 2 types of plants and housing maybe 6 boraras swimming up and down the path created....

Any comments?

i think if you are going for low maintenance setup , with no fertilization, no
Co2 but strong light. Most likely you will run to algae problem very soon.

For the layout , why not replace the path with white sand then plant the shorter plant in front of your tall crypt.

Will the water be affected if you have no circulation of water, considering a hang-over filter?
