Longest kept scape

Just out of curiosity. What is the longest time any bros here kept their scape?

The longest time i maintain my scape is 1.5 years and after that it turn into a jungle. Will post a picture of my tank before and after here soon after i got back my camera.

Any bros wish to share their pictures here, please feel free to do so. Also share your experience in how to maintain the scape for a longer period.

you should be able to keep the scape for a long time, just that you need to do trimming and insert fertiliser into the substrate after some time.
I think the planted display at Midori should be quite long already.

I change mine after 1 year. Soil will crumble easily and mess up water during WC plus motivation of a new scape makes me wanting to change.

I had maintained a 4ft layout for more than 2 years but only took pictures of its progress for a year. I checked 'my stuff' in AQ album and found a few pictures. After ADA 2007, i torn it down

Mostly moss in the tank and every alternate week, I just had to trim the background plants. Easy to maintain.
