    substrate is GeX..
    have only kept C.hasbrosus..
was wondering how many piece is a good number for my tank above?

6 of them is enough. Try not to get too many. But if you're going to keep agassizii in there, I do not suggest that you keep the sterbai in this tank. If the agassizii breed, they will harass the sterbai to no end. Vice versa if there are eggs laid the sterbai might eat them.

If you do intend to just keep them temporarily, all you need is 4-6 of them. Don't buy too many. Feeding them is simple. They'll take most sinking pellets. I use Hikari with mine, along with live tubifex as a treat. If you feed frozen bloodworm, that works too, but make sure the BW is fresh. At times the corys will ignore the BW.

If your eventual plan is to take them out when the agassizii spawn, keep the tank as simple as possible. Less tank decorations (driftwood etc.) will make life easier for you when you want to fish them out. I usually put some worms in a net and leave it at the bottom of the tank near a glass wall. When the corys swim in I just fish them out. It works for some species, but not all.
