I have a new 2ft tank with bracing on the rim (example GEX tank). I was wondering is there any PL lighting systems that can sit on tank edges with bracings on? I need recommendations for some brands and where to get them, will be doing some shopping soon. Thanks in advance.

usually PL lights you buy should come with stands , so putting the lightset on the rims should not be a problem.

Taking the example of Magnum which has a stand for the lights. You might have a probelm to sit the inverted "U" portion onto the black rim. The solution is to break the "U" to form an inverted "L".
