Do they need lots of light and CO2 to do well?
It is more beneficial for you to do a search on AQ on it. It would provide you more insights on other bros' woes and pride of cultivating fissidens.

Hi, it doesn't need much light. Easy but a little on the slow side. It's one of the faster fissidens species actually.

Hi,
US fissidens will generally grow quite well in cooler waters. ( If you don't have a chiller, can consider adding a fan to lower the temperature by 1-2 degrees - effective up to a 2 feet tank).

Just got some Thai Fissidens which the guy from Polyart told me is called giant Fissidens.
Let's see how it goes.
Well they're in the tank right now and haven't got a chance for any pics cause no cam. Will post some up once i get some shots.![]()
