Co2 cylinder

I intend to get one Co2 cylinder for my 4ft tank. May i know which cylinder size is suitable ? Then is it everytime i have to refill i have to bring down to LFS ? Cos i don't have own transport if those big cylinder it will be very difficult. Also which area has sell the best price ? I living in Ang Mo Kio. Thankz

NA Nature would be a good place to check. Get a bigger sized so you don't have to top up regularly. Refer to LFS list for address.

I have one clause to add to Sherwin's advice. Get the biggest that will fit in the place you intend to put it. Nothing sticks out like sore thumb than a CO2 tank standing next to your cabinet (if you have one). Or the regulator gauges peeping out from behind your tank, like a pair of giant frog eyes.

If you do not have a car, get something that you can lug around comfortably. A 5 litre tank is not so heavy you can't carry it around, but it can be cumbersome in a bus.

Just a gauge, the 5 litre cylinder lasts my 1m tank about a year.

5l is the biggest easly found at lfs.

There are ppl using the 7L tank which is the size of those found in soft drink dispensing machines.

5L is relatively a good size, not too big to carry around and not too small to last you for some time.
