RE : Crystal Pro 3 stage water filter

Recently bought a Crystal Pro 3 stage water filter.
When using it for the 1st time i realised there was something weird about the water movement.

The 3 chambers are air tight. When i passed tap water into the inlet tubing , the carbon chamber fills up normally and overflows into the middle resin chamber. However, this middle resin chamber does not fill up fully, only up to a quarter but water manages to flow into the 3rd chamber and fills it up before coming out of the outflow tubing.

Would like to consult any bros who are using this product if this is normal?

it will work fine like that. But I believe it has to do with your water pressure being too low.

Have you measured the TDS of the output water? If you set is new, it should be measuring 0 ppm.

If so, you're good to go.
