My glosso carpet is infected with green spots on the some leaves and the spots caused some short black algae which is around <1cm.

I change water 20% weekly. The possible cause is that the plants itself got a bit algae when I bought it.

My lighting is 8 hours a day with 2 hours break in between. seldom use liquid fert. The other plants are OK.

Yr lighting and water chemistry is off.

    Adjust the water perimeters first

Cut off the infected parts and replant horizontally along tank.
The key to success is patience. If that fails, screw the guy in front of you!!

    Check your NO3 and PO4.
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.
