Question on Shrimp Tank

For shrimp keepers. Need your advise. How do I get rid of the off white stuff floating on the surface of my shrimp tank? I'm currently keeping my sakura in a 1.5' tank. They are all doing great.

Just install a surface skimmer.

Thanks. Manage to get one hanging filter with built in skimmer running at 300l/hr.
