Fireworks of Lunar New Year

Chinese, Koreans, Mongolians, Nepalese, Bhutanese, Vietnamese & others Asian are celebrating the first year of rat (Lunar calender) on February 7, 2008.

As usual, our neighbourhood will play the firecrackers & fireworks on the 1st day of this lunar new year.

Below are some shots taken at Malaysia-China Friendship Park, near my home in Kuching of Sarawak.
