anyone seen 1.5ft light set with 36W PL tube

i think magnum has a 36w pl which is slightly longer than 1.5ft

I was thinking you could get a 2 ft light set and adjust the stand according to fit 1.5 ft.

Yes, currently I am using the Magnum II but it broke down. Try to fix it but realise the ballast and components dont look like the standard components off the shelve. I wonder whether there is other brand?

Though I have never looked hard for a 36W PL in 1.5ft length, but I guess most likely have to fix/modify your broken Magnum II.

The length of the 36W PL tube is already about 17". That means the ballast cannot be placed along the length of the set, but above the reflector, to make it not exceed 18".

Does your Magnum II have space for a ballast? Any pics?

My magnam II is 50-55cm in lenght. The ballast and other components is placed along the tube however, the ballast and stuff is very compact. Different from the conventional eballast sold at hardwareshop..I guess I have to talk to Chan (NA) on mon
