Know where I can find these rocks?

Just got these rock from a fellow hobbyist but I need more of it. Any idea where I may find them? They're actually very smooth to the touch and dark tone.

These are called river rocks. The smoothness comes from the fact that all rough edges have been eroded by water/sand over long periods of time.

These type of rocks can common by found at plant nurseries for a fraction of what they would cost in aquarium shops.
