what do you mean by "doesn't seem to work"?
the lamp brightness does not double but maxes out at about 1.7 times.
Has anyone heard about this ODNO - 'overdrive normal output' before? Its all around the american forums. They say that connecting 2 electronic ballasts in parallel will cause the bulbs to work in overdrive mode. I've tried it and it doesnt seem to work.

My ballast burnt. I didnt get a double output ballast but 2 ballasts and they burnt
