Yes. It should be Corydoras gossei. How many of these do you have? Best to keep at least 3 of them in a group.

    Cheers,

I got myself 2 of them together with some other cories. But now only left with one as the other one died after i pin it to death when shifting the bogwood.

So i need to get myself more C. gossei?

    Hi..

It will be better if you can find at least two more pieces for this cute bottom deweller.. Corydoras usually does better and will even shoal together in larger group.. Alternatively.. You can look for C. Seussi, (C.27).. They look exactly the same except Seussi has loger snout as compared to Gossei.. I used to have both but now, I only left with Gossei.

    Cheers

Just to check. I do have quite a few pieces of cories but of different species. Is that ok? They seems to be swimming together.
Or should i keep only the same species together?

Different species are fine if they are of the same body shape. They'll hang out together.

    Hi..

Do not need to worry.. They will get along well even if they are all different species.. I once have a different of 15 different types of corys but they will get along well and will even shoal together..

However try not to keep an uneven ratio like 14 sterbai and one gossei.. Then there might be a chance the gossei will not get along well with the rest as he will feel he is the odd one out..

Point taken. Now i have like 5 types of cories with 2 of each kind except gossei left 1 only. Should be alright i guess.
