bring back to the lfs and check with them that if the air lock inside is suppose to be normal. By right there shouldn't be.
Dear bros & sis, I just got my new Pinpoint PH meter and probe today and after calibration, I put it into my tank and I realised there is this airbubble/pocket present(see pic). I tried to shake it gently but it is still present. Anyone can tell me if this is normal or should I go back to the shop and let them know of this problem.
Thanks in advance!

I uses PH probe also but cannot remember whether mine is Pinpoint or not.
Will check tonight and give some feedback.

Thanks for checking bro! Are both of your probes from pinpoint too? I checked with this distributor in Singapore for Pinpoint and they said "The gel like solution in the probe with air bubble is normal."
Hmmmmm...I had a look at mine today and the "bubble" is smaller than yesterday. I still remain a little confused if this is really normal......
