Trimming java moss

my java moss on bogwood is overgrowing ...is it possible to just cut them put in a tub and give away to some bros ?

or is there another way to trim them without wastage

Both ways works. I don't see any form of wastage in either ways, especially if you replant them....sell them...up to you.

Just trim them & sell or give it away. You can replant them too.
