Hi guys, I intend to use a powerhead to help improve the internal circulation in my tank. Should I use an internal or external one? Any recommendation for a small compact, reliable and reasonable priced one?

Sorry, this is new to me and I know nuts about it...thanks!

Saw this internal water pump with magnet holder. Is this suitable if I just want to create water flow from one end of my 4 ft tank to the other end?

    Those are wavemakers.
Good choice for going for options with magnetic holders. I have powerheads creating mess in my tank because of loose suction caps.

Will you be posting a review once you get the K1?

I was thinking since I'm going to pay $100+ to get the wavemaker, should I get a smaller ehiem filter instead and outlet using lily pipe to create the flow? I already using eheim 2028 with a dennerle internal co2 reactor but the current not strong enough after passing through the UV, Chiller, Reactor.

Yah loh, the deeper you get into it, the more things you find you do not know. After I get the new eheim filter, I'm going to put a stop to additional equipment changes. too much $$ and time spent already.
