i'm intending to use the kind of setup discus keepers use to do water change. more and more i'm finding that apisto keepers can learn alot from the discus hobbyists they do 100% water changes 1-3 times a day depending on how much time they have and thus are forced by necessity to find a way to make the water changing process easier.

but of course this involves tank drilling and thus is not very DIY friendly so as genes pointed out it comes at a price. i intend to get a discus hobbyist who specializes in making such racks to make mine =)

haha very true. but what i tell my dad when he complains is...1 50% water change for my 4x2x2 = 1 shower my sister takes...so it's a minimal increase in cost

    No Cheers,
Its an endless iteration isn't it?
As for me, I only support if LFS be it local or foreign are thrustworthy enough with their shipment information.
Recently, kudos to NKS for their ability to bring in wild shipments from Brazil.
Local hobbyists can look at sharing shipment through NKS to bring in more apisto shipments from South America.

It's NOT "Chee lick", NOT "Chee Chee Licks"!!! Cichlids is pronounced as "Sick Lids"!!!!!
