Your temperature looks fine to me, i will recommend you to try out lower grades one first. See if they can breed.
But if you want to keep higher grade ones, i will encourage you to get a chiller. It will be better

    Hi, just for your information.
I went to Guppy Centre in Lim Chu Kang before New Year.
The owner does keep CRS in the tank with fan and the temp is around 28C according to the owner. His CRS are breeding fine and you can see all the different sizes CRS in the tank.

What are the grades of the CRS there? Interesting findings.

Sorry, I am quite new to shrimp especially CRS (did not own any).
I don't know how to grade them at all, just know they are CRS.
Anyway I think the uncle did not sell CRS, just keeping them as a hobby.
I don't know whether the temperature affect the quality or not.
He told me most important thing is the water condition.
He is willing to share his knowledge with us (guess not no people visit Guppy centre when mmy friend and I were there so he can entertain us).
Maybe you can share with us after your visit.

Hi bro, marvelous that you can breed crs with this temperature and the growth multiply so fast to 200. Do you add mineral plus to the water or special food? Thanks.

I just use ADA soil with a DIY fan. Temperature around 26 degree on night and 27 day time. Nothing added to the water , only a drift wood and some mosses on my tank.

Just normal room temperature with a canister filter running. I never do any WC, just top up water weekly due to evaporation.
