    HI

I seem to have problem adjusting the manual regulator for my CO2 tank. Everytime I seem to get it right (i.e the bps), the number of bubbles seem to reduce when I check a few hours later or worst, when I come back to office the next day, it seem to stop.

Any advice on how to best get the desired bps and stable? Or really just need to check and recheck and recheck?

    Thanks!

Hhmmmm you got me there. Not too sure what is needle valve. I got the whole set on sale at NA. Does it contains the needle valve? Sorry not sure.

Do a search on CO2 needle valve at Google image and you will know how it looks like.

Hi, i have problems adjusting the flow of the bubbles after every C02 top up as well and after some time, the bubbles gradually becomes more or less constant. I suppose this has got to do with the high gas pressure on the regulator when the tank is full, otherwise it might be the manual regulator is faulty. You may want to bring back to NA to check it out.

It might also be a problem with many manual regulators as well.

    Cheers!

base on a bro who told me his expierence.
he told me that those cheap manual co2 tank with no red colour vaulve won't last through 6months.. it will start to show leakage.. valve brand like BBB(made in japan) is more reliable and can last longer..
but i do have the problem as well.. day 1 put 1bps, day 1.5 it can become 1 bubble per 2 second. but after that it will stablise. all you have to do is to check and check till you get your ideal bps.
    my 2 cents =)

a regulator is a regulator, period. a manual regulator does not exist. a regulator is used to reduce and regulate the output pressure from a co2 tank.
to control co2 flow rate, you'll need a needle valve.

those 'manual regulator' are nothing more than a on/off valve. you'll have a hard time trying to control the flow rate; a difficult task.
