Was at C328 today for the first time, saw some small CRS. Can any one who has been there comment if they are value for money?

Actually for beginners, what should we look for when we buy CRS?

I have bought 5 of them. Now I am worried....because in the 1ft cube planted tank in my office, I have about 12 cardinal tetras. Will tetras eat the baby shrimps?
