Good shooting Metallic Sardine!

Some newbie shots again
This is my second attempt at fish photography. Was dragged to a friend's house to shoot his fishes. His tanks was quite a mess and rather dirty. But managed to grabbed a few shots but the dirt was visible on some of them.
The first set is for this catfish, Brochis multiradiatus. From what I understand, not a very common fish.
Full body shot
Then we got closer...
And even closer!!
This big fellow was quite photography friendly.
Check out this Corydoras simulatus swimming in mid water!
Next are some of their tankmates.
The Bolivian Ram, also more commonly known as Mikrogeophagus altispinosus.
And finally, here's a small female Nannacara anomala
Click on the pictures for a 1024 pixel version.
The pictures seem just a bit too yellowish, probably due to the reflected light from the sand.
For your comments/feedback.

Thanks Celticfish. Benny helped in more ways than just providing the fish, food and drinks, and setting up the lights for me....![]()

Hello John,
Welcome back to AQ!! I will personally help you setup your tank again to get back into the hobby. Then you can go 'blind' your fishes with flash instead of mine!
Nice set of pictures. Sorry about the dirty glass. I'm sure we'll do better next time.
Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?
When I saw the Bolivian ram, i immediately knew the location of the shoot.
John, great pics... nice meeting you at TK the other day
I am into Plecos now...
