Is your CO2 running 24 hrs, if so, you may want to stop your CO2 when the lights out. Else you can running a air pump during the night.

Are you using any filter, or pump?
If yes, are there any movement at the water surface?
Did you buffer your water pH with KH (using baking soda, etc).
Size of tank, number and type of livestock and amount of plants?
    How old is the setup?
When long since you mixed the current batch of DIY CO2?
    Do you feed the shrimp?
What and how much do you feed?
When did you last clean the tank? How did you clean it?
When did you last clean the fitler? How did you clean it?

Many possibilities... answer the above questions, so we can troubleshoot for you.

'Record 2 weeks'... means you've been getting shrimp death before? Similar situation or death rate? Whether it's a once-off problem or a recurring problem will help us troubleshoot.

i remove the DIY co2 when i never on the light. It might stress the fishes/shrimps when the plant does not photosynthesis.

guess add an air pump and everything will be fine...

once remove my air pump from my planted tank...
next morning woke up, shocked to see:
    1. some small shrimps have died
    2. yamato shrimps climbed to the highest plant, very near to the surface
    3. snails came out of the water
    4. tetras gashing for air at the surface...

put the air pump in again and everything's fine in 30 mins...
