May i know what is the different between Neocaridina cherry shrimp and
Neocaridina sp. fire red shrimp?
They look alike to me.

Well, you can said they are the same as both are neocaridina species.

However these so call flame red or here in Singapore we call them sakuras are of much redder than normal cherries.

The picture bro apistoworld(HK) shown here can be graded as sakura already.

Hold on Neocaridina is the Genus, not the specis. Hence, Neocaridina sp. and Neocaridina denticulata(Cherry shrimp) aren't the same. As for what the difference is, we'll probably have to wait for Choy or our resident Japanese biologist to explain.

Yes, visually seen, the difference is the colour: Sakura have a a brighter red like neon while Red Fire have a darker red. I guess it is not 100% clear yet how the Sakura was made and if it result of selective colour breeding or a crossbred species. That's why both are Neocaridia heteropoda spec.
